OHT Operating Plan Guidance 2024/2025

Ontario Health has released the OHT Operating Plan Guidance document that will help support Nookmawing Sookatagaing OHT evolve through the 2024/2025 fiscal year. This document outlines six priority areas identified for all OHTs (see figure 1 below).
